1. Return Eligibility & 30-Day Return

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return on all eligible items. You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery/billing date for any of the following reasons:


  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason (change of mind, not as expected, etc.)

  • The product is defective, broken, or malfunctioned upon arrival/billing or shortly after use

  • The product does not fit or is not compatible with your motorcycle model

  • You received the wrong item — an incorrect part was sent

  • The product arrived damaged due to packaging or shipping mishandling


To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:


  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The item must be in its original condition — unused and uninstalled (for change-of-mind returns)

  • Original packaging, labels, and any included accessories must be intact

  • A copy of your order invoice or proof of purchase must be provided

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless defective


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. The following categories are non-returnable:


  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts that were ordered specifically for a customer

  • Electrical/Electronic components (e.g. CDI, regulators, speedometers) that have been installed — if unused and in original packaging, these may be returned

  • Fuel system parts that have been exposed to fuel.

  • Consumable items such as oils, lubricants, or filters that have been opened or used

  • Any item returned after 30-days is not Returnable

3. Refund Policy

4.1 Full Refund

If your return is approved, you are entitled to a full refund including the original delivery/service charges paid at the time of order. This applies to all return scenarios — whether due to dissatisfaction, defect, wrong item, or damage.


4.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:


  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash to the account details provided by the customer

  • Online payment orders: Refund credited back to the original payment method


4.3 Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 36 to 72 hours. 


4. Defective Products & Warranty

All products sold on automoto.pk carry an implied quality guarantee. If a product breaks down or becomes defective under normal usage conditions within 30 days of delivery, you are covered under our return and refund policy at no extra cost.


What is covered:


  • Manufacturing defects identified upon arrival or discovered during normal use

  • Parts that break or fail under normal operating conditions within the 30-day window

  • Visible damage caused during transit or delivery


What is not covered:


  • Damage caused by incorrect use

  • Wear and tear from normal use over time

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications

  • Electrical components that have been installed (unless demonstrably defective upon arrival)


For defective product claims, please provide photos or a short video demonstrating the defect when submitting your return request. This helps us process your claim faster.
