How our payment process works for new and returning customers

Place your order
Browse our catalog and place your first order. COD is available for all first-time customers — no advance payment needed for the product.

Send the delivery security deposit
To confirm your order and cover shipping, a one-time security deposit is required in advance. This amount goes toward your delivery charges.

Remaining product amount is paid on delivery

Receive your order & pay on delivery
Your order ships after the deposit is received. Pay the remaining balance in cash when the courier arrives at your door.
Returning customers
Once you've completed your first order, future orders require full advance payment. We appreciate the trust you place in us — and we extend the same trust back by ensuring your orders are always fulfilled promptly and with care.
